Advanced Transcendental Hypnotherapy

Helping people to discover that they have power to control the events in their lives, at the most, or, at the least, their reactions to the events in their lives, is a necessary component of therapeutic work. Thus, it's essential that the person defines himself as a participant, an owner of problem-solving resources and not just the owner of a sense of victimhood.

Hypnotherapy is effective and solution-oriented therapy, which with the help of hypnosis aims to discover unconscious causes of presenting problems, in order to (re)direct the functioning of our minds towards desired goals. Our subconscious mind drives the majority of all our actions and therefore plays a significant role in achieving our goals and desires. Hypnotherapy is thus useful for a wide range of conditions, since it uncovers and resolves causes on subconscious level, which leads to total elimination or least essential alleviation of unwanted states. Find out if hypnotherapy is an appropriate method for you and changes you desire!

Three things are striking about inner child work: the speed with which people change when they do this work; the depth of that change; and the power and creativity that result when wounds from the past are healed.

Mental stamina is often the key factor to reach for the top in crucial moments. Hypnosis improves endurance, memory and motivation, while hypnotic visualization effectively builds the self-confidence needed to overcome competitive anxiety.

Improving our personality brings a sense of security and self-confidence in our lives. Once we learn how to control our own mind, there is no thing in life we cannot master.

Delve into the subconscious mind to shift the mental blocks stopping you from being able to drop your unhealthy habits. The hypnotic state makes it much easier to explore painful thoughts, feelings or memories that might hold us back from the change we desire.

Hypnosis can significantly improve our quality of life since it allows us to discover unimagined possibilities in directing our lives according to our true desires. Through the power of suggestion you'll enter a receptive state as you begin to focus on what you need to do in order to realize your new goals and ideas.

Use the mind-body connection to improve self-esteem, which is ultimately the foundation for our well-being. Once we become aware of our own responsibility for happiness, we can easily take active control of our lives.

The more we enter into hypnosis, the faster and deeper we can relax. Entering this relaxed state during the process of learning or taking exams, brings higher concentration and better ability to recall the information needed at a given moment.

Yoga is a sustainable (self) therapeutic practice that calms our nervous system and strengthens our body and mind. Daily yoga practice significantly contributes to our emotional balance, as it trains our mind to remain a compassionate witness to itself even in the midst of vigorous emotional vortex. By practising conscious breathing, we become aware of the constant mental bubbling and we realize that, like every thought, every feeling eventually passes as well. As yoga strengthens our nervous system, it reduces the tendency to fall into anxiety or depression during difficult times. Once the yogic elements are well internalized, yoga helps us stay focused and emotionally stable in all life situations.

Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and rilled by the endless stresses and struggles of life.

About me

I started my career in the field of law, although I have always been fascinated by the complexity of the human mind. In my twenties, I discovered the world of yoga and altered states of mind, and later on hypnosis and the hidden drive of the human mind – the subconscious. That is when a whole new world was revealed to me – a world that until then remained hidden under the surface of my consciousness and reflected only through my outer experiences.

Studying at the International Advanced Transcendental Hypnotherapy School that took place at Sirovnik Institute, significantly contributed to my personal growth. However, I was mostly fascinated by hypnotherapy’s visible and deep effects. I believe that knowing our subconscious self and the influence it has on our lives, as well as constant personal growth that results in a higher state of mind, is vital for living a joyful and peaceful life, as well as for creating authentic, loving and harmonic interpersonal relations.I’m very pleased to see my clients successfully resolving difficult states or traumas, but it gives me even more joy when during the session they get in touch with their own “true selves” – something that resides in all of us and involves highly creative and transformative force that has the power to change everything in our lives. That is when our life becomes what it once was when we were children – an endless game of Joy and pure Love.
